Activating the Staff Member:
To ensure that the relevant Staff Member has been activated, follow these steps:
a. Go to the "Manage Users" page.
b. Locate the Staff Member's profile on the list of users.
c. If the Staff Member's status is not already activated, proceed to activate their account.
Activating the Staff Member on the "Manage Users" page will grant them access to the necessary functionalities and features of the system.
