How to capture Qualifications. (MSS)

Please navigate to User profile > Capture credentials.

Click on the add button

On the next page, you can search for your desired qualification by:

• SAQA Id
• Qualification / Skills Program
• Qualification Code
• Institution No
• NQF Level
• Education Institution / Training Provider

Once you have found your desired qualification(s), you can click on the add button.

On the next window, you will be prompted to enter the completion date(s) and click on the save button

Next, you can add your supporting documents.

Side Note

• Not all Qualifications are recognized by the Conduct Authority (FSCA)
• Please refer to the following two columns to infer whether or not the Qualification is recognized:
• Recognized by FSCA for DOFA prior to 1 Jan 2010
• Recognized by FSCA for any DOFA
• Please ensure that the correct completion date has been captured for the relevant record.
• Completion Dates that are not accurate will have an impact on the User’s F&P Status reports.
