Please log in to www.fitandproper.co.za.
Navigate to User Profile > Capture Credentials, then proceed to the Health Services Accreditation (Health Care Broker) section and select Edit.
If you are an OTP user, please refer to the support article below for further guidance.
Please note that you only need to enter the Broker Accreditation Number and Accreditation Date. You can either manually fill in the Reminder Date, or simply click the Save button and the Reminder Date and Expiry Date will populate automatically.
If you get the below error message, kindly clear the Reminder Date and click on save.
