This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to disable the OTP (One-Time Pin) role for a user.
Steps
- Navigate to Settings > Manage Users and filter on your desired user.
- Click on the edit button.
- Navigate to the linked FSP tab.
- Complete the removal date field and the reason for removal.
- Deactivate tracking.
- Lastly, navigate to the login details tab and click on archive user.
