Checking for Browser Updates:

Open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and follow these steps to check for browser updates:


a. Click on the three dots located in the top-right corner of the browser to open the settings menu.

b. From the menu, select "Help" and then choose "About Google Chrome/Edge".

c. This will open a new tab showing information about your browser version.

d. If there are any available updates, click on the update button to ensure you are running the latest version of Chrome/Edge.


Closing the Browser and Using Task Manager:

If you encounter issues with the website or need to refresh the browser, follow these steps:


a. Close your browser.

b. Press "Control-Alt-Delete" on your keyboard to open the Task Manager window.

c. In the Task Manager, click on "Task Manager".

d. Under the Apps grouping, select all the browsers that are listed and click on "End Task" located at the bottom right of the window.

e. Reopen Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

f. Enter the website address "www.fitandproper.co.za" in the address bar and press Enter to navigate to the website.


Opening a New Incognito Window:

If you are still experiencing issues and continue to see a blank page, follow these steps:


a. Open a new browser window in Google Chrome.

b. Press "Control-Shift-N" on your keyboard to enter "incognito" mode.

c. In the incognito window, enter the website address "www.fitandproper.co.za" in the address bar and press Enter to navigate to the website.


These steps can help resolve any browser-related issues and ensure a smooth browsing experience.
