How to confirm email (MSS)

If the "Confirm Email" button is greyed out or blocked by your company's email filter, there is a workaround available to ensure you can still confirm your email. Follow these steps:

1. Scroll to the bottom of the email where you can find a URL or link provided as an alternative to the button.

2. Copy the URL or link from the bottom of the email. You can do this by right-clicking on the URL and selecting "Copy link address" or a similar option.

3. Open a new tab or window in your web browser.

4. Paste the copied URL or link into the address bar of the new tab or window.

5. Press Enter or click the Go button to navigate to the URL.

6. This should take you to the confirmation page or process for your email.

7. Follow the instructions on the confirmation page to complete the email confirmation process.

By using the URL provided at the bottom of the email, you can bypass any issues with the greyed-out "Confirm Email" button and still successfully confirm your email. 

This applies to password resets and data consent.
