How to reset/set password (MSS)

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

Open a web browser and navigate to the website at www.fitandproper.co.za.

Look for the option to set /Forgot Password.

On the page that appears, enter your work email address and ID/Passport number as shown in the screenshot.

After entering the required information, click on the "Submit" button.

You will receive a password reset email with further instructions.

In the email, there should be a "Set Password" button. Click on this button to reset your password.

Please be sure to look if you are unable to click on the "Set Password" button, there is a workaround. Look for the URL provided at the bottom of the email and copy it into your web browser's address bar to access the password reset page.

Please note that the password reset link is only valid for 12 hours . Ensure that you complete the process within this specified timeframe.
