My new password does not work following reset. (MSS)

When you receive the email to reset your password, please right-click on the "Set Password" link as shown in the email.

From the right-click menu, select the option to "Copy hyperlink" or "Copy link address" to copy the password reset link.

Open a new incognito window in your web browser. You can do this using the keyboard shortcut combination Ctrl-Shift-N (Windows).

Once the incognito window is open, right-click inside the address bar of the new window and select the option to "Paste" the copied hyperlink.

Press Enter or click the Go button in the address bar to navigate to the password reset page using the copied link.

By following these steps, you can open an incognito window and access the password reset page directly. This method ensures that you are not using any previously saved login credentials or cookies, providing a fresh browsing session for the password reset process.
