How to capture CPD using picklist. (MSS)

Please navigate to www.fitandproper.co.za to login.

Click on "User Profile" and then select "Capture CPD."

Click on the "Add" button to begin adding your CPD activities.

Select the appropriate CPD cycle from the available options.

Use the search function to find the provider or CPD activity, or use a specific code to locate the desired activities.

You can select multiple CPD activities at once, up to a maximum of 10 CPD activities. 

After selecting your desired activities, the next window will allow you to capture the planned Start, End, and Completion dates for each activity.

Additionally, you have the option to upload your CPD certificates for each activity. Uploading certificates is not mandatory, and you can add them at a later stage if needed.

Please note that if you haven't captured a completion date for an activity, it won't be counted towards your CPD cycle.

After selecting your desired activities, click on the "suitcase" icon next to each activity.

This will prompt you to upload your CPD certificate for the corresponding CPD activity.
