Click on User Profile > Capture CPD and click on the Add button.
Click on the Not in CPD Pick List button.
Please click Proceed to create a new CPD activity.
When all fields have been completed, please click on the Check for Similar Activities button, which will indicate if the activity already exists as below. If no similar activity is found, the Create button will appear
Where the provider is not on the list, please click on the CPD provider not in the list, and complete the fields.
When you have created a new CPD provider, you will be presented with a page to capture the details of your CPD certificate.
